Deposit & Appointment Policy for Body Piercing:
- Card on File is a MUST for booking via website: All body piercing appointments require a valid card on file.

Booking & Confirmation:
-You can book online any time. Once we receive your request, we'll accept or reject your appointment. If an appointment is rejected, please call the studio to book via phone.
Documentation for Minors:
-For all minor piercings, please select the Minor Piercing option during booking to receive the necessary forms.
-Minors must follow strict guidelines:
- Original Birth Certificate of the minor.
- Parent's Presence at all times.
- Matching ID (The Parent's ID must have the same last name as the child's birth certificate. If not, bring supporting documents like marriage certificates or divorce decrees).
- For legal guardians, notarized paperwork showing the parental rights, managing conservator, or guardianship of the minor.
-Failure to bring required documentation will result in a cancellation charge.
***PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS NOT OUR POLICY, BUT THAT OF THE STATE OF TEXAS. WE ARE NOT TRYING TO BE DIFFICULT WHEN WE ADHERE TO THE POLICY. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS OUR STAFF HAS TO FOLLOW THE LAW.
Checkup & Downsize Fees (Effective 12/15/23):
-A $15 fee will apply to all checkup or downsize appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
-Cancellation must be made with at least 5 hours notice. Cancellations within this time frame will not incur a penalty.
-If you cancel with less than 5 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
-Failure to provide state-required documentation, a no call/no show, or cancellation at the appointment time will result in being charged the cost of an appointment cancelled in less than 5 hour (half the service cost).
We kindly enforce this policy to ensure our piercers' time and studio slots are respected. We understand that plans change, but please give us enough notice to avoid penalties. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you!
